Shipping & Returns

Deliveries
For Nearly all UK orders we use ParcelForce or the Royal Mail. For very small packages (ie Gloves and Caps) we use Royal Mail. It is the consumers responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. If delivery is refused then the delivery will be left at your local postal depot and a card left at your address informing you.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, returns will be dealt with upon receipt unused and in its original packaging to the below address. This excludes custom fitted clubs. Please note we cannot refund postage & packaging charges

UK mainland - 3 to 4 working days (unless there is an delay issue where we will notify you via e mail).

Our delivery charges are a FREE for orders of £50 or more, for orders under £50 we charge a flat rate of £3.99.

Please note at the moment we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom

Consumer Rights
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please phone us on 01904 499275 as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to ship your order the same day, it may not always be possible to cancel your order. 

Returning Goods
We have split returns into two sections these are Faulty Goods or Unwanted Goods.

Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund for the item(s) only - postage excluded. If you request a refund we would ask that the faulty item(s) is/are returned within 14 days. If you require an exchange we will replace goods deemed faulty to ensure this deadline is met. We reserve the right to get a manufacturers inspection before we refund or exchange to verify an official decision of some complaints.

Unwanted Goods/Wrong sizing
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding courier costs - and that you return in the above condition, within 30 days from the e-mail notification of your intention to cancel. (this must be within 7 days of reciept of goods). This excludes custom fit.

Money Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event you order custom fitted clubs and they are unwanted for any reason - we can cancel within a 7 day period of placing the order but because of the bespoke nature items a 10% surcharge will apply. We will not refund unwanted custom fitted clubs under any circumstances after you take delivery.
